License Agreement Policy

1. Introduction

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products, assets, and content (“Products”) purchased, downloaded, or accessed from Onyez (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or using any Products from Onyez, you (“User,” “you,” or “Licensee”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Onyez grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product in accordance with the terms outlined below.

You do not own the Product. You are granted a license to use it.

3. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Use Products in a way that competes with Onyez (e.g., reselling as digital assets)
• Transfer the license to another person or entity

5. Commercial Use Clarification

You may use Products in commercial projects as part of a larger end product, but:

• The Product must not be the primary value of what you are selling
• The Product must be embedded or incorporated, not extractable

Examples:
✔ Allowed: Using a font in a logo for a client
✔ Allowed: Using templates in a marketing campaign
✖ Not Allowed: Selling the template itself
✖ Not Allowed: Uploading the asset to another marketplace

6. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued once a Product has been downloaded or accessed

7. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of Onyez and/or its creators.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership—only usage rights.

8. License Violations

If you violate this Agreement:

• Your license will be immediately terminated
• You may be required to:
  • Remove all uses of the Product
  • Pay damages or legal fees if applicable

9. Updates & Changes

Onyez reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

• Continued use of Products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

10. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Onyez is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of Products
• Business losses, data loss, or indirect damages
